For nearly 25 years we have been performing thorough Inspections of both residential and commercial properties. Upon the completion of each Inspection, we create a comprehensive Report that provides important recommendations regarding safety, code issues and any necessary repairs. Specialties include home inspections performed on: Foreclosed properties, Short sale transactions, Multi-family homes, Single-family homes, New homes, Antique homes, Condominiums, Town houses, Duplexes, Manufactured homes and Modular homes. We also do Commercial Inspections. We are skilled in the evaluation of real estate in order to educate the client on the condition of the property. A UAV (drone) is used in our inspection process to reveal other hidden damage to roofs and hard to see areas. Drone inspecting can be done on new construction home sites while under construction. All Home Inspections include evaluation of the following: Roofing System, General Exterior Conditions, Structure, Insulation and Ventilation, Electrical System, Plumbing System, Heating/Cooling System and General Interior Conditions.
